Gospel sensation Marc Isaacs delivers his uplifting debut album Merciesnow available worldwide from all major digital retailers (released on August 11, 2017). Born in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, Isaacs is a rising star in the Gospel world and has been spreading positive messages to the global masses through inspirational music and messages, for years now. Mercies is a reflection of his mission in motion.

Mercies gifts us 11 Gospel gems, bringing contemporary Gospel sounds on songs such as “Be Glorified,” “Light Up The World” and “My Praise Belongs To You,” while groovy soca shines on “Mercies Cyah Done,” “Rain Down” and “Round The World,” reflecting his rich island heritage. The spirited tunes were penned by Isaacs (except for “Be Glorified,” which is a cover of Ron Kenoly’s hit song by the same name), and produced by Deer Panteth ProductionsFisherman ProjectJ Lab Productions and Joshua Caines.

Mercies is the culmination of four years of hard work and determination from the multi-faceted entertainer.

Joining her at Stage 48 to celebrate her success is the King, David Rudder, Songwriter extraordinaire, Angela Hunte and Road March winners Ultimate Rejects. To open the show and back Calypso Rose, is Toronto based Neo Calypso Band, Kobo Town, also celebrating their album release and their signing to Because Music, France.

Bring your family and join the thousands that will be in attendance at the Central Florida Fairgrounds – 4603 W. Colonial Drive – in Orlando, Florida.

Headlining this year’s event is the Queen of soca, Alison Hinds. She is expected to perform hits like “Faluma,” “Roll It Gal” and countless others. Also on the show are: Barrington Levy, Byron Lee’s Dragonaires, Kavita Ramkissoon and others.

The Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival takes place on Sunday, June 18th in Washington, DC. Confirmed artists includes: soca stars Bunji Garlin and Fay-Ann Lyons along with reggae giants, Tarrus Riley, Romain Virgo, Queen Ifrica and others. They will be backed by the Image Band, while getting additional musical support from: DJ G-Nice, Ricky Platinum and Ablazin DJs. The master of ceremony for this year is the popular radio host Ragashanti.

The event will be held at the Festival Grounds RFK (Lot 6) on Oklahoma Avenue from 11AM to 8PM. In addition to the aforementioned entertainment there will also be a cook-off pavilion and a kid zone.

This is the third edition of the annual compilation from FOX FUSE – the world’s largest soca music label. The flagship, definitive soca collection delivers the top hits of the 2017 carnival season, featuring soca’s biggest hit-makers from across the entire Caribbean, all on one album.
