TallpreeOn Saturday, July 14th, the Grenadian soca king Tallpree will headline the Jab Nation Soca Fete at The Arena in Baltimore, Maryland (3301 Annapolis Road). He will be supported by Luni Spark and Electrify; with Mix Master Brent, Nutmeg Sound, DJ Black Poet and DJ Signal on the turntables.

This is a 21 and older event. It is sponsored by Caribbean Cargo DC, The Dog Chef, Late Night Promotions and Boss FM.

Patrice Roberts To Headline ‘Weakness 4 Sweetness Boat Ride’ (@PatriceRmusic)

Patrice RobertsOn Sunday, June 24th, Soca Sweetness and The Hive will host the 6th annual ‘Weakness 4 Sweetness Boat Ride.’ The party takes place on The Empress Of Canada, which will board at 11 Polson Street (Toronto, Ontario) at 7 PM sharp. The boat will leave the dock at 8 PM and will return at midnight.

In addition to a live performance by Patrice Roberts, entertainment also includes music from Soca Sweetness, Marxman, Jump Up Kingz, Freshcut, Tony B and many more.

The Caribbean Village Festival‘s 2018 Media Launch takes place on Thursday, May 31st at Donna’s Restaurant, located at 5434 N. University Blvd, Lauderhill, FL. The reception will begin sharply at 7 PM with complimentary drinks and food sponsored by Donna’s Restaurant.

All Media Houses and Taste-makers are invited to attend and learn more about the festival, plus Meet & Greet event organizers, city commissioners, and performers Kymani Marley and Kevin Lyttle.
