St. Vincent and the Grenadines’ artist Kevin Lyttle shared the official video for his latest single, Nikki, a few days ago. The song, which is produced by DJ Slim, is a party record that has been getting steady rotation since its release.

After overcoming a series of difficulties earlier in the year, New York based recording artist E.G. is getting back to business with the release of a new single, titled “Tek Time.”

Though he is recognized as a dancehall artist, E.G. is also known to dabble in soca and other musical genres from time to time. As such, his latest song, “Tek Time,” is a hardcore soca record, which was produced by both Ian Fojo Corbin and E.G. It was officially published on November 8th and is now available on all music platforms.

Due to some unexpected medical emergency, New York based recording artist E.G. had to step away from music for a while. The artist underwent a minor surgery in the summer and was unable to properly perform in the studio or on stage. Hence, he couldn’t create new tracks or take bookings.

Fortunately, he has since recuperated and is now back in the booth working on some new music to be released in 2020. He is currently working with producers Mark Walcott, Ian ‘Fojo’ Corbin and Jkeez Records on a number of fresh sounding songs.

The first single that will be published in the new year is a soca record titled “Tek Time,” which will be on the new “Rum N Bar-Be-Cue Riddim.“

I Believe In You features the voices of Julien Believe, Machel Montano, Skinny Fabulous, Rik Carey, Judah Tha Lion, Alison Hinds, Tara Lynne, Cecile, Erin Reign, Shaback, Nehemiah Hield and Saeed Renaud.

The song is a tribute to the resilience of the Caribbean Spirit in the face of climate change and insurmountable odds that have contributed to the creation of the circumstances that lead to the mega storm, Hurricane Dorian, that impacted and affected Abaco and Grand Bahama; two of the Bahamas’ northern islands.
