For 2018, the organizers of the Reggae on the River festival will be presenting a stellar lineup, featuring a mixture of dub, reggae and dancehall acts.

The festival begins on Friday, August 3rd and runs through to the 5th. It will be held at 657 North US Highway 101, Garberville in California.

The poised, confident and lyrically talented artist, Exile Di Brave, will join the likes of Macka B, Queen Omega, Perfect Giddimani and others on the 2018 Aarhus Reggae Festival.

With bubbling enthusiasm and interactive performances, Exile Di Brave has captivated audiences locally in Jamaica as well as on the international stage.

Using social commentary and personal related contents to bring out his messages, he has recorded songs such as “Voice of the Young,” “If This Is Love” and his hit-single “Hungry.” The multi-talented singer currently operates EDB Entertainment and has already released three albums: “The Calling” (2013), “The Journey Begins” (2015) and “To The Foundation” (2016), while constantly putting out new music like his recent EP “Exile Di Brave Meets Black Star” (2017).

The African Music Festival has confirmed Jamaican roots reggae artist Andrew Tosh as their headline act for 2018. The 18 year old festival takes place from August 3rd to the 5th at Schloßplatz 1, 79312 Emmendingen in Deutschland. Andrew Tosh will perform on August 4th.

Jam Link Intl. has added popular Jamaican entertainer Perfect Giddimani to the 2018 Aarhus Reggae Festival lineup.

Greg Rose, better known by his stage name Perfect Giddimani, Mr. Perfect or simply Perfect has gained worldwide recognition for his reggae hit “Hand Cart Bwoy” which entered the Jamaican charts in 2004 and created a wave of support for local peddlers who ply their wares in the markets and on the streets. Over the years he’s manage to remain consistent and has become a much sought after performer in Europe.

Tad’s Record is pleased to announce the release of Big Rock Riddim, a new take on the Real Rock Riddim which was originally released in the 1960s.

The featured artist on this various artist compilation is Brigadier Jerry, one of the great Jamaican artists of the 80s. Briggy, graces the album with his superb rendition of Weh Dem Ago Do, which he also wrote. The lyrics of the song easily ride the rhythm and leaves listeners bobbing their heads to this Raggamuffin tune.

This juggling also showcases other note-worthy talents such as Richie spice, Chezidek, D-Medz, Anthony Cruz, Teflon, and Hezron.
