On Thursday, August 15th, the big ship captain, Freddie McGregor, will be performing at Evanston SPACE (located at 1245 Chicago Avenue) in Evanston, Illinois. This is an early event that will see doors opening at 7 PM, with a 8 PM showtime.

International reggae artist, Richie Spice, was unable to perform at the Islington Assembly Hall (Upper Street) in London, UK on Thursday, July 4th, as the artist was not paid by the promoter.
On the day of the show a frustrated Richie Spice took to social media and wrote the following: “Blessings my London peeps please accept my apologies but I could not perform tonight because certain obligations weren’t fulfilled by the promoter and his team I’ve been here at the venue waiting to give y’all a great show but until next time love always 🙏🏽”
Recording artist, Amaziyah, will be hosting his annual Star F.A.M.E festival, which is committed to highlighting artists, poets and actors, this Sunday, July 7th. The event will take place at Foundation HQ in Spanish Town, St. Catherine, Jamaica, from 10 AM to 8 PM.
Patrons will be treated to live poetry reading, short films, plus both a fashion and stage show. Some of the artists and poets that will be featured are: Wise Wurdz, Skripcha, Spolly De Poet, Empress Black, Fire Ras, Nanko, Amaziyah, Dawitt St. Aubin and many more.

As a part of the annual Great Fete Weekend celebration, the fireman Capleton will be performing at Pigeon Point Beach in Tobago on Saturday, July 27th. Other Jamaican artists that will be on the lineup on that day will be Baby Cham, Rygin King and Squash.

On Saturday, July 27th, Beyond Oz Productions will be hosting the Kitchener Reggae Festival at On The Grand (located at 425 Bingemans Centre Drive) in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. They have confirmed reggae artists Gyptian and Luciano to their lineup.
