St. Catherine based roots-reggae singer, Furious, is sharing the first single from his upcoming EP. The track is a praise and worship reggae record titled “Jah Never Fail.”

The alluring single has a vintage sound reflecting the era in which Furious, who is now 71 years old, grew up in. He is both the musical producer and executive producer, although professional musicians were hired to ensure that the rhythm was created with live instruments. All productions (beat and vocals) were done at Studio Mix in Kingston with the help of engineer Mikey Riley. “Jah Never Fail” is on Furious‘ own record label Pawee Tradition.

Furious, who is a committed Rastafarian says that the song is a real reflection of his faith and belief in the Almighty. He further elaborated that every time he has encountered real hardship that seemed impossible to overcome, Jah always pulls him through!

The official video for “Jah Is Real,” taken from Pressure Busspipe‘s latest album, can now be viewed on both traditional and digital media. The visuals, which also features Protoje, were made public on May 22nd.
