The One Love Marley Band Will Perform At Aarhus’ Bob Marley Celebration In April

Danish reggae group, One Love Marley Band, has been tapped to perform at the upcoming Bob Marley Celebration scheduled for April 29th in Aarhus, Denmark. They will share the stage with veteran reggae artist Echo Minott, the show’s headliner.

The ensemble have been actively performing reggae music at events in and around Denmark for years and are known and loved for their masterful renditions of most, if not all of Marley’s songs. They have also just added a new front woman – Ditte Fredsgaard Strange – a vocalist who has a credible history of doing reggae, blues and jazz. She is also to lead Denmark’s only orchestra that is dedicated to performing Bob Marley tributes.

The Bob Marley Celebration – which was initially set for February, but had to be push back to the aforementioned date because of covid19 – will be presented at the popular live music venue Voxhall.

Clinton Fearon Shares Lead Single From His Upcoming Album

Social Unrest is the first single from Clinton Fearon‘s upcoming album. The song went live on all digital streaming platforms earlier today, March 24.

Kool Yut Foot and Baco Music, the label / distributor that’s behind the tune’s release, also shared its official video. The full album – Breaking News – is due out on June 3rd, 2022.

Tydal Kamau & Turbulence Will Perform In South Africa This Saturday (@tydalkamau @Turbulence876)

As they continue their tour in Africa, Jamaican artists Tydal Kamau and Turbulence will be stopping at JR’s Braai House – 98 Bulwer Road – in Durban, South Africa this Saturday, March 26th.

The men will be supported by several African artists and selectors on what the locals are calling a Passa Passa Street Bash. Starting time is 4pm and there is a general entrance fee of R100.

Etana Announces Euro / UK Tour With Lutan Fyah & Christopher Ellis

The strong one Etana has announced that throughout the months of June and July, 2022 she will be engaged in a tour across Europe and the UK with fellow artists Lutan Fyah and Christopher Ellis.

Although no dates and locations were given, it was made known that the tour is being produced by Roots Vibes Promotion along with Etana‘s own Freemind Music.

The Reggae Soulman Ginjah Will Perform At Kola Lounge In Michigan On May 13 (@GINJAHMUSIC @tadsrecord)

Although Kola Lounge, which is located in Farmington Hills, Michigan, is known for putting on major concerts of various genres, one of their upcoming reggae shows is getting more attention than most.

On Friday, May 13th, they will be presenting the reggae soul-man Ginjah, as well as dancehall singer and producer Serani. The live show will also feature Mixology and Uprizin, with host Sophia Chue

After two years of almost no in-person concerts, reggae lovers in the Michigan area began making jubilant posts on social media once the event was announced. The joyful expressions are also due in part to the fact that both artists currently have new tunes that are trending.

Ginjah is now promoting a number of singles; chief among them however, is These Arms, a delightful love song that was produced by Kirk Bennett, Wrong Move and Ginjah. It was officially released on February 18 by Tad’s Record.

Kabaka Pyramid Will Be Live In Santa Cruz On April 9th (@Kabakapyramid)

Conscious revolutionary artist Kabaka Pyramid, who is known and respected for his lyrical prowess, will be making a stop at Moe’s Alley on Saturday, April 9th. This is a 21 and older event that will also feature DJ Spleece.

Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 21 years of age will not be allowed in, and will not be eligible for a refund. Moe’s Alley is located at 1535 Commercial Way in Santa Cruz, California. Entrance fee is $25 USD.
