Karamanti Shares The Name Of Her Upcoming Album

In two separate posts made on her social media platforms last week, dancehall recording artist Karamanti told her followers that her upcoming ten-track album, which will be centered around her sacred inner thoughts and beliefs, will be titled Spiritual Warfare.

This decision was arrived at after consecutive years of inexplicable challenges that begun in France in 2018 when Karamanti‘s first Africa tour was cancelled. The name of the album demonstrates her state of mind, while each song can be viewed as a weapon that she is actively using to fight her ongoing battles.

Another major news relating to the album that was not made public, is the addition of producer. Earl Smith Jr., the son of legendary guitarist Earl ‘Chinna’ SmithEarl Jr. became interested in working with Karamanti after hearing what she did on dub riddim for Delroy ‘Phatta’ Pottinger that will also be featured on the project.

Although writing and recording for Earl‘s new beat will more than likely mean another delay in the release of the album, Karamanti, who has a lot of respect for Earl Smith Jr. and his contribution to reggae, believes it’s definitely worth it.
