J.C. Lodge Is Still Giving Us Irresistible Love Songs (@JCLodgeOfficial)

June Carol Lodge, who is publicly known as J.C. Lodge is still thrilling us with beautiful love songs. Lodge‘s breakout single was a mellow lovers-rock reggae tune called Someone Loves You Honey, which was released all the way back in 1982. Since then the British singer has been busy fulfilling her other passions: painting, acting etc. all while continuing to make great music.

Her latest release is an irresistible love song dubbed Over. It’s on the Divorce Court Riddim that was published in April of this year via the LionkingMuzik label. As she has always done, Lodge sings about the intricacies of intimate relationships and breaks it down in a way that only she can.

A few days ago J.C. Lodge and her team shared the official video for Over. If you have not yet seen it, click here or on the image above to check it out and remember to like, comment and share.

Bunny General Professes His Love For Reggae Music In New Single (@BunnygeneralBg)

Veteran dancehall deejay Bunny General, who has been active in the industry since the late seventies, is once again rising to prominence. Prior to the covid-19 pandemic the artist was very active on the European scene: headlining shows, while simultaneously recording new music for Euro-based producers.

One such single is Love Reggae Music Bad, a song done with France’s Iron Dubz. The record was officially released at the beginning of September and it is has been getting nothing but positive reviews since it came out. Bunny General, who is known and respected for his lyrical prowess delivered an old school roots flow that is absolutely captivating. On a laid back reggae beat he expounds on his passion for the musical artform created on the small island of Jamaica: reggae music.

With all the attention that he is currently getting, Bunny is making it clear that he is ready to get back to work; whether it’s shows, tours or new music, local or international. His next project is the Restart Riddim; a dancehall juggling that will be released via the Blakkwuman22 Music label this Fall.

Everton Blender Continues To Carve Out His Space In The Reggae Industry (@evertonblender)

Veteran reggae artist Everton Blender is in rare form. The singer has released back to back new music in recent days, and by all accounts it seems as though he is gearing up to share more new content.

After dropping the visuals for his very declarative new song, Can’t Take My Space, Blender immediately followed up with the video for another new tune, Going Down. Can’t Take My Space appears to be directed at others in the industry who may be aspiring to the level of success already attained by Blender, but doing so in the wrong way.

If you have not yet seen the videos, click here to check out Can’t Take My Space and here for Going Down. Both songs can be downloaded from any music store where reggae is sold.

Have You Seen Anthony B’s Video For “Pretty Girls”?

Approximately one week ago international recording artist Anthony B released the official video for his song Pretty Girls. Unfortunately, because the online space is now so crowded I fear that a lot of people are not aware of this stunning video in which Anthony delivers a strong performance.

Though he is known mostly for his reggae hits, Anthony B handled this dancehall riddim like a boss. If you have not yet seen the video, click here or on the image above to check it out and remember to like, comment and share.
