Astro From UB40 Has Passed Away

We are just learning that Terence Wilson, who is publicly known as Astro, a former member of the popular British band UB40, has passed away.

Although an actual cause of death was not given, the statement that was made public by his camp did say that he succumbed to a very short illness. He was only 64 years old.

Everton Blender Will Be Heading To The Midwest In 2022

Veteran reggae artist Everton Blender has announced that he will be kicking off his Can’t Take My Space Midwest Tour (U.S.A) in March 2022.

According to the singer, he and his team will hit cities like Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Kentucky, Columbus, Chicago, Michigan, Indiana, Kansas, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin and more over a two month period.

Micah Shemaiah‘s brand new album titled Still is now available on all music platforms. The record, which was done in collaboration with Zion I Kings, was released on Friday, the 29th of October. Although there are no noted features, the project does have major contributions from several reggae veterans such as the Mighty Diamonds, Dalton Brownie and others.

Still has twelve tracks and is heavy on the Rastafarian movement, Africa love and mother nature. This is a soulful roots reggae album with some dub sprinkled throughout.

She has invited Boris Gardiner, Nickeisha Barnes, C’Nova, Dawn Martin and Dr. Kathy Brown to join her, as well as backing band D’Kru & Friends. This virtual concert will broadcast on Althea‘s YouTube channel, Mello TV, Hype TV and other online platforms at 3pm (Jamaica time).

Dancehall artist Don Mafia, who has been steadily gaining in popularity over the past few years, has shared his opinion on why Kevin Smith – the fake pastor from Montego Bay – died so suddenly after his arrest.

In a brand new record titled Big Setup, Don makes it clear that he is of the belief that Smith’s death was orchestrated by powerful people who did not want their affiliation with the now disgraced con-artist to come to light.
