Watch The Official Video For Anthony Cruz’s “If You Were Here Tonight” (@JahCruz @Tadsrecord)

Anthony Cruz‘s reggae remix of Alexander O’Neal‘s 1985 hit song – If You Were Here Tonight – was one of the hottest lovers-rock reggae tunes released in the summer. The sultry record was produced by Mark Ho-Sang and Tad Dawkins Jr., and will be featured on Cruz‘s upcoming album, scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2023. This single and the forthcoming LP are being presented by Tad’s Record Inc.

The official video for If You Were Here Tonight, which is just as hot as the audio, was shared on December 16th. Anthony‘s acting skills are on display, as he plays the role of a man reminiscing about moments shared with his lover, while he – being alone at the time – yearns for her. It was directed and edited by Shane ‘Shaz’ Walters of Luminous Entertainment Ja.

There is no doubt that the publishing of the visuals will result in the record getting a wider audience, and once again climbing to the top of traditional and digital playlists. If you have not done so as yet, watch the clip on Tad’s Record‘s YouTube channel, and download the song from your preferred streaming platform. It is available on Apple Music, Spotify, iTunes and all other online music store.

Terry Linen Refuses To Play Money Games (@Tadsrecord)

The Jamaican singer with the distinctive voice – Terry Linen – who hails from the Red Bank district in St. Elizabeth, has – since the mid to late 90s when he began working with Anthony Red Rose – consistently delivered hits. He has given us: Couldn’t Be The Girl For Me, Jah Jah You Save Me, his rendition of Whitney Houston‘s Your Love Is My Love, and so much more.

His latest release is an upbeat reggae track called Playing Money Games, which he produced exclusively for Tad’s Record Inc. The song tackles the sensitive topic of “gold diggers,” and sees Linen lamenting on his love interest’s constant need for money, something that greatly displeases him.

The record was first shared in early May via Tad’s Record, and it continues to grow and gain support on reggae platforms worldwide. If you have not done so as yet, stream and/or download Playing Money Games from iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify etc. It is available on all digital music stores.
