This Saturday Several Jamaican Gospel Artists Will Perform To Raise Funds For The Bahamas

gospel concert On Saturday, September 14th, The Jamaica Gospel Music Network will host an event dubbed ‘The Bahamian Hurricane Relief Concert.’ It will be held at Pastor Al Miller’s church – Fellowship Tabernacle – which is located behind the Boulevard Super Center in Kingston.

Some of the artists confirmed for the show are: George Nooks, Rondell Positive, Kukudoo, Sista Sasha, Dawn Martin, and that is just to name a few. The organizers are asking members of the public to make a donation of at least $1,200 JMD, which will go towards assisting the people in the Bahamas.

Lt. Stitchie Returns To Jamaica After A Successful Euro Tour Centered On Promoting His New Album “Masterclass”(@Lt_Stitchie)

Last week, Lt. Stitchie, who is also known as the Dancehall Governor, returned to Jamaica after wrapping up the first leg of his Masterclass Tour in Europe. The artist performed on ten major festivals in Spain, Germany, Belgium, England, Italy and France.

While on the road, Stitchie took time out to shoot two new music videos from the album, plus three live videos; one of which was for Manudigital‘s popular YouTube Artist Series. He also did approximately ten interviews via Radio, Podcast, Cable TV and magazines. If all that was not enough, the Governor somehow found time to engage in several successful dub-plate sessions.

Masterclass was released on April 12th of this year. It’s a 17-track album that features collaborations with Agent Sasco, Ricky Stereo, Million Stylez and Fantan Mojah. Producers include: Roy “Gramps” Morgan, Emmanuel “Manudigital” Herron and Cleve “Lt. Stitchie” Laing. Since its release, Masterclass entered the Top 20 Global Reggae Chart at #8 and it continues to do well on all reggae, dancehall and gospel platforms.

Former Dancehall Artist, Marion Hall, Will Be At “Camp 2019”

King Jesus Pentecostal Fellowship presents “Camp 2019” at the Godfrey Stewart High School in Savanna-la-Mar, Westmoreland, from August 12th through the 16th. This is five days and nights filled with dynamic preaching, teaching and fun activities, all under the theme “The Kingdom Mandate.”

Minister Marion Hall is confirmed for this event; she will be joined by Apostle Winston Baker, Bishop A. Scott, Elder S. McKenzie, Minister N. Chambers and Minister Brown.

Rhoda Isabella, Rondell Positive & Minister Marion Hall Will Perform At Unity In The City On Aug. 17th

The ultimate gospel experience, Unity in the City, will take place at Jamaica’s National Stadium on Saturday, August 17th.

It will feature performances by international artists Travis Greene, Tasha Cobbs-Leonard and Fred Hammond, as well as Jamaica’s own Rhoda Isabella, Rondell Positive and Minister Marion Hall. The event will be hosted by popular comedian Ity Ellis and recording artist / TV personality Alaine.

Tickets, which are available at most pharmacy across the island, starts at $2000 JMD for bleachers and goes all the way up $10,000 JMD for diamond.

Kingston Open Bible Church Summer Crusade Starts Tomorrow (@RondellPositive)

On Sunday, July 14th, Church of the Open Bible will be kicking off their Summer Crusade on the church grounds (12 Washington Blvd.) in Kingston 20, Jamaica. The event will run from the 14th through to the 19th, with a wrap up service on the 21st. This year’s theme is “Signs of the time.”
