Bugle Wants His “Flowaz” Now! (@BugleAn9ted)

In his latest release – Flowaz – recorded for Gold Up Music, reggae-dancehall artist Bugle is telling the powers that be to give him his credits and accolades now while he is alive and well.

On the laid back track he laments on how much he has done in music, while also expressing his dissatisfaction with the way reggae greats before him were treated while they were alive.

The official video accurately portrays the song’s lyrics. It shows Bugle at an award show, where he is nominated in several categories, but comes up short every time.

Reggae-Dancehall Artist Shavarr Releases Anti-Depression Single “Natural Vibe” (@ShavarrOfficial)

Since the success of his 2019 hit, Kibba Yuh Mouth, Jamaican sing-jay Shavarr has not stopped working! From his studio – Wizkilful Productions, which he owns and operates with fellow artist Jahbar I – he continues to share a slew of songs. The latest is Natural Vibe.

Natural Vibe is a soothing dancehall tune that, according to Shavarr, was created to get listeners to relax and hopefully take their minds off all the devastating things happening in the world right now. One of his main intent is to reduce depression. In a statement Shavarr said: the term “right now mi-floating” which was repeated multiple times in the chorus means that your in a relaxed mood or state of mind hence the title of the song “Natural Vibe”.

The bouncy dancehall rhythm was created by Jahbar I; while the lyrics were written by Shavarr and influenced by his lifestyle. Natural Vibe went live on all digital streaming platforms on April 8th.

Ragga Lox Releases The Official Video For “Spliff & Beer” (@Raggaloxx)

Reggae-Dancehall artist Ragga Lox kicked off 2022 with the release of Spliff & Beer, one of the singles from his upcoming album, Climbing. The track, which is all about enjoying and valuing life, was inspired by some of the more devastating events we all saw and experienced throughout the covid-19 pandemic.

In his own words, Ragga Lox describes it this way: “after loosing some close family members and friends I wanted to give a sense of appreciation for life, knowing we don’t have much control over what’s going on.”

Last week he premiered the official visuals on his YouTube channel. The upbeat, flashy video was shot at Liberty State Park in Jersey City (New Jersey) by Justin Russel of Juslive Media. It is an honest depiction of the lifestyle of some Jamaicans residing in the New York / New Jersey area as they unplug and unwind.

Now that the clip is out, Ragga Lox and his team are racing to complete the album, which they hope to have out sometime in the Summer.
