The crowned king of the dancehall, Beenie Man will be hosting the 2019 staging of his Summa Sizzle Music Festival on Saturday, August 10th in Clarendon, Jamaica. The 2018 event was a massive success that saw some of the biggest reggae and dancehall acts gracing the stage.

Ghanian Dancehall Artist Aurelia Dey’s ‘Sweet Love Pt.2’ Gets Good Reviews In Jamaica (@AureliaDeyMusic @MagnomBeats)

Aurelia Dey is the Swedish/Ghanaian Dancehall artist who, last year, released her much anticipated summer hit Sweet Love on the all female Swedish label GAL:ANT. Based on the single’s success, Aurelia rapidly did a remix of the song with established Ghanaian artist and producer Magnom.

Though the remix was made public at the end of 2018, it is just now being distributed to DJs and media houses in Jamaica, most of whom have had nothing but glowing reviews for both the record and the video. Sweet Love, which is about an obsessive, addictive love affair, falls inline with what is currently trending on the Jamaican dancehall scene.

Lady G, Cocoa Tea, Half Pint & Others Confirmed For Roses FM’s ‘Big League’ Concert In Clarendon On Feb.23

On Saturday, February 23rd, Roses 88.9 FM will be hosting the 2019 staging of their annual Big League stage-show. Confirmed artists include: Lady G, Cocoa Tea, Capleton, Half Pint, Tarrus Riley, and that is just to name a few. Additional music will be provided by: True Heart Sound, Black Roses Sound, Digital Chris and others.

Big League will be held at Carty Hill in Clarendon. Admission is $1,500 for regular entrance and $3,000 for V.I.P.
