Starting tomorrow, April 1st, the Jamaican government will implement an eight-day nationwide curfew, which is aimed at slowing the spread of the corona virus pandemic.

The announcement was made by the Prime Minister, Andrew Holness, at a press conference last evening. The curfew states that no one is allowed in public between the hours of 8PM and 6AM, from April 1st to April 8th.
