On Friday, February 14th, Jah9 released the official video for “Highly,” a song that is featured on her upcoming album “Note to Self,” which is due out on March 13th.

“Highly” is an absolutely beautiful, powerful track that addresses, among other things, the undisciplined, reckless way in which our men deal with their women (relationships).
