After two straight days of inconsistent internet service from Flow, impacted Kingston residents are abandoning the telecommunications giant for what they say is a more reliable service from Digicel.
It has been brought to our attention that Flow servers have gone down on a number of occasions throughout the month of May, making it impossible for persons who need internet access for work/school to get anything done.
One Kingston 19 resident told us that “his loyalty is to the company that is able give him good service and seeing as though he’s not getting any service from Flow, they are not in the running.” We reached out to Flow’s customer service office before preparing this article and were told that at least 5,000 homes in Kingston have been negatively impacted as a result of their servers going down.
