The “One Love Poetry Festival” is a Performance and Dub Poetry event promoted by Jam Yard with assistance from Line Hassall Thomsen in collaboration with Danish Poets from the Aarhus Poetry community.

They are inviting patrons to come out in “ONE LOVE” and experience professional Poets as they electrify the air with their spoken words! Topics will vary from global harmony to freedom of speech with an emphasis on being responsible. There will also be a live acoustic band.

The special guest for the night will be Jamaican Dub Poet Yasus Afari who will give a performance backed by percussion drums and a DJ set.

The event will be held at Atlas (located at Vester Alle 15, 8000 Aarhus) on April 16th. The venue will be transformed into a tropical relaxing atmosphere and patrons will be served up the world famous Blue Mountain Coffee with Caribbean finger foods.

They will be accepting a donation of 50kr from each patron
