Effective immediately (Weds. May 8^th 2013), MJ Magazine will change its format from that of an online magazine promoting underground Reggae/Dancehall movements, to one which promotes positive black music and tells the story of the people behind it. The decision was made after realizing that there are far more mediums promoting popular (which is in most cases negative) music than there are promoting positive sounds.

By making this change, MJ Magazine will now open the doors to all genre of music created by Blacks around the world as long as the creator and the music are positive. We will conduct detailed interviews with the artists, producers and promoters of this positive energy and tell their story as best we can.
